How We Work - Our Process
Site Visit & Assessment
Our team evaluates your space for football court construction. We assess dimensions, drainage needs, soil conditions, and discuss your requirements (full-size, futsal, 5-a-side). Detailed quotation within 24-48 hours.
Ground Preparation (Week 1-2)
Excavation and leveling of the area. Installation of comprehensive drainage system - critical for football pitches. Stone aggregate base is laid and compacted to required specifications.
Base Construction (Week 3-4)
Dynamic stone base or concrete foundation depending on project specs. Proper slope (1:100) for water runoff. Perimeter fencing and boundary walls are constructed.
Turf Installation (Week 5-6)
FIFA-approved synthetic turf is rolled out and secured. Shock pad installation for cushioning. Infill materials (rubber granules and sand) are applied for optimal playing characteristics.

Understanding Surface Layers (Synthetic Turf System)

Layer 1: Sub-Base (200-300mm)
Compacted soil and crushed stone foundation. Provides structural stability and forms the primary drainage layer for water management.
Layer 2: Base Layer (100-150mm)
Dynamic stone base (porous crushed stone) or concrete foundation. Allows water to drain through while providing a stable, level platform for the turf system.
Layer 3: Geotextile Membrane
Heavy-duty geotextile fabric that prevents weed growth and separates the base from upper layers. Essential for long-term maintenance.
Layer 4: Shock Pad (10-15mm)
